Level 4 Plastering
This is the most common level of finish used in New Zealand in residential and comercial builds. Ideal for areas where no critical lighting hits and/or where low sheen of paints will be applied.
wallpaper Removal
This can be a time consuming job but it's important to have it done properly to avoid any headaches in the future.
After the wall paper is removed, we retape the joints, cracks and corners, and finally finish it with level 5 plastering, also known as "skim coat". This will have your walls perfectly smooth, ready to receive your desired coat of paint.
Commercial Builds
The team at Castro Plastering'n More take safety and deadlines very seriously. We are experienced using scaffolding, scissorlifts and comply with the HWS act.

Level 5 Plastering
This finish is recommended in areas where there's critical lighting and/or where it is planned to use high sheen, low sheen and dark shades of paints such as feature walls. It is important to discuss this with your designer/ architect and let your plasterer know what your plans are.
